NOAH SINGER
Noah advises clients in all aspects of business law, including business structuring, drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements and other commercial agreements, corporate finance and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Noah has significant experience working with businesses in all stages and of all sizes, including start-ups, small and medium sized businesses and public companies. Noah advises on initial business organization, incentive stock option plans, various stages of financing and ultimately the coveted exit transaction (Ching!). In a previous life, Noah was a software developer and created several apps that nobody has ever heard of.
Noah is a regular volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario’s Corporate Law Hotline (think Jerry Lewis at a telethon), a guest instructor for Toronto Metropolitan University’s Department of Law & Business at the Ted Rogers School of Management, and mentor to law students at Western University’s Faculty of Law.
Prior to starting Singer Business Law, Noah was a partner in the business law group of a large Bay Street law firm. Noah spends most of his business hours trying to make the perfect flat white coffee, and in his free time can be found negotiating deals with his most important (and least profitable) clients, his two sons.

ALEJANDRO GONZALEZ
Like Noah, Alejandro is also an avid coffee enthusiast, a trait worthy of the first sentence in this bio.
Alejandro enjoys learning about the various businesses operated by his clients and finds that this is the best way to produce effective legal work.
When he is not at the office, he enjoys reading all manner of books, cooking, listening to mean blues guitar riffs, and picking up heavy things and putting them back down.
In addition to a Juris Doctor from Western University, Alejandro also holds a Master of Laws from Western University, for a thesis which he will never encourage you to read.
